can you guys tell me what your top 3 RPG 1 and 2 games are? I want to get the dex/max drive soon and try some out and want some ideas. there are so many out there.

max drive wont work with PS1 games. dex drive wont work with PS2 games.

Well, I only recently got RPGM1 and still have no Dex drive, so I can only suggest Gobli for that. It came with the system, but it was a fun game nonetheless.

For RPGM2 I have been preoccupied trying to finish my own work and have played precious few games made by others (that is changing now that I'm taking a break from creating), but...

Psudothello hasn't been mentioned yet, and it is pretty Hoopy.

Tetris is the Hoopiest, though.

And for a 3rd option, I'd say try picking a game made by somebody whom you know from around the boards. It always adds to the experience when you sort of know a little about the creator.

I am starting to play more folks work these days and this thread may just help me decide what to play next (after I get through my current list) as well.

It's too hard to decide since every game/demo's shown off a lot of mad skill and potential, but also had their weak points with certain things. This is why I was able to decide on Crown of Order but not anything else. Anyways, yep, I got nothin' else to say, I think. There are numerous more that deserve worthy mention, but I couldn't decide on just three.
