    Xport/Sharkport and Max Drive

Heya, I'm looking for information about these products. Which one of these would you recommend and how exactly do they work? Do you just hook your Ps2 up to the computer with it or something? Do you need a TV monitor or do you just hook it up to the PC and turn the playstation on? Sorry if this has been asked before somewhere.

EDIT: Nevermind Valk, just read your info about the Max Drive. Hmm.. I'll look into that stuff maybe tomorrow. Can you buy the MAx drive in retail outlets still?

Yeah, max drives are availible almost anywhere. Mostly like Shopko and such.

The quest for a MAx drive continues, as each video game outlet tells Omni that they do not carry the peripheral. One must wonder if the product actually exists. Says one EB employee: "I think they stopped producing them." But however, never fear. There is always one place where you can find anything you ever wanted.. that golden place known simply as the largest marketplace of the world. To get there you must take the information super Highway to an address called www.ebay.com

And if they don't have it, I may be S.O.L.

It's also available in the Action Replay Max Evo, I believe. $10 more.

Yeah I just got one of those yesterday. It is very nice. I wish that you could just automatically save to it though. Not have to put the blue back cd in with it and the memory card with the save file and the replay max evo thing.

Actually I havn't tried it but I think that is what I have to do. Besides the stupid blue back cd though it is cool.

I use datel's usb cord for the psp. It transfers your save file to your memory stick.
