RPG Maker 3 and the PS2 HDD

I had bought the HDD for the PS2 because I heard they were compatible. I was hoping I could save my game files on the HDD, so that another memory card wouldn't be necessary, but I can't seem to figure out how. I used the option "Install RPG Maker 3 on HDD," and it did install something, but it isn't my game files, and it doesn't seem to be the game itself because it asks for the game disc when I select it. Any ideas on how to solve this, or what does the HDD do for RM3?

Maybe you should've read up on the HDD compatibility for RPG Maker 3 BEFORE you got it. The HDD takes a little time off the constant loading for RPG Maker 3, nothing more.

The only way to save to your HDD is by first saving to a memory card and then move the files over to the HDD from the PS2 browser

Yeah, there's no game I know of so far that reads save files directly off the HDD. RPGM3 only requires that you have the disk inserted so that you can't get away with installing it on your PS2 and giving the disk to other people.

How to move memory card saves to HDD:

            1) Enter the HDD Browers and highlight the HDD icon on the upper, left corner.

            2) Create a new folders (name it whatever you wish).

            3) Enter the Browers for whatever memory card holds the data you wish to save.

            4) Press triangle and select move or copy. That should be it.

Yeah, the HDD is very useful, and I can put other poeples RPGM games on there for when ever I feel like playing them.
