Game ending after event battle

Hi,

I have a character event battle that returns me to the main menu when it ends in defeat. It's set to NO for "Game over after lose?" but the battle ends. the lady says "you lost" and then when you hit a button, it goes to the main menu screeN!!!! whats going on?

You must use a "Battle Result Branch", or whatever its called. Set the paths accordingly. REMEMBER TO USE AN EVENT TO REVIVE YOUR PARTY MEMBERS AT THE END!!! If you don't the game thinks they are "dead" and goes to game over.

I placed that battle branch thing and restored their life and mp. wonder if i'm putting it on the wrong place??? what order did you use?

Never mind. figured it out. it's the placement of the restore life command that was the problem. FINICKY!

I had that problem. Just had you "win" the battle, then learn the enemy was going easy and had just hit you with a poison dagger.
Whatever works, I guess.

I was going to ask this question too. Good to know its not a glitch in the system. Just use the revive command. I got it.
