    Mid-day hallucinations

God, this is crazy. I'm hallucinating more and more, and I think it's just from lack of sleep. I get about 5 hours a night, so that should be ok. Still I'm sitting at my desk and I hear the guy behind me say "sharks...oh, the snakes! I'm sorry!" Most of the time the hallucinations are audio, and involve someone yelling something or saying something loudly. They're also always of people saying things that they really didn't. I look behind me and of course I know right away that it's in my head. At one point I thought I was back home, and wondered why the room looked weird, and where my bf was. Then I realized that I'm still at work.

What the hell is wrong with me?

Perhaps you should try to sleep a bit more and watch what you drink.

what exactly have you been consuming recently?

Turn the game console off. Don't you think you've been playing for long enough?

Do you dislike your job? That plus tiredness is enough to plunge anyone headlong into fantasy zone.

How long do you usually work/play whatever you're playing per day?

8 hours a night! Dietary supplements! Cut back on the caffiene! Wear clean underwear in case you get hit by a truck!

There are times where I've gone multiple days without sleeping(And not hopped up on drugs). I'd definately see things that didn't exist or weren't really there. Very surreal.

Also, get checked by a mental health professional. 20s are a common time for the onset of schizophrenic symptoms.

I daydream alot myself, but it is rarely aural, only mental. But yeah, alot of it comes from lack of sleep and improper nutrition(hell, i should know, i still eat peanut butter toast in the mornings because it was the cheapest thing i could eat when i was out of work last year).

You should get atleast 6 hours of sleep a night, and work your way up to 8 if they dont go away, and eat better, and if that doesnt fix it, then see a professional, a reputable one mind you.

Oy boy don't get me started on healthy nutrition. I'm the one with a 3 month old constant chest pain/stomach inflammation thing due to fatty foods, no movement and no vitamins. (and there's no sign of a cure in sight! Hooray for me! It's awesome how ya almost pass out like 8 times a day because you're entire body is messed up.)

So YES. Eat healthy stuff... Don't blast music, RELAX, digest stress (easier said than done, but with practice it works.), do sports or jog around the block once.
Oxygen is your friend. (plus it's good for the hearing circulation... *speaks out of experience from permanently losing 10% hearing in both ears due to a wonderful collage of stress and a loud DTS 5.1 system...*

Anyway, I hope ya feel better man.
