'Fraid not. You can use Virtual PC to use RPGMXP on a Mac, though.

I wouldn't recommand to use RPG Maker XP on a Mac. Virtual PC tends to be very slow with Windows XP.

You don't need Windows XP to run RPG Maker XP. Any Windows from 98 up will work with the game.

I remember seeing an RPG creation tool for Macs a while back while I was browsing a site with all kinds of game development programs on it. No idea what it was called though.
