View Full Version : 3 HUGE Questions
1) Can you use money as a variable or event condition? If not is there a way to create a shop other than the default?
2) Is there an easier way to see what kind of terrain you are modifying in the field editor advanced mode than switching back and forth between the 2 modes?
3) Is there a way to made the towns in the field not look so retarded (with the huge circular platform that towers above your character)?
Thanks

1) Don't know.
2) You can press select to place the two modes togeher so you can see both terrain and altitude.
3) You can raise and lower the town's height so that it looks level with the land.
Awesome thanks. I think the answer to 1 is no but hopefully someone will prove me wrong.

Answer to question 1: Probably
If your dedicated and effecient you could make
But I'm not sure if it would be worth it.
You could make four different option 4 decision branches each with 4 decisions each with 4 different 4 decision options. ( You get the point)
This slippery slope could work but would take a long time...and you can only have 50 lines of events in one solitary event. So you'd be limited to being either a weapon/item/accessory/armor shop. You could probably only sell 16-21 items.
I'll try it in a week and see if it works.

In the world creation mode, select layout, select the field, where you create towns/dungeons/items for the field.....highlight the town or dungeon you want to raise or lower and then use...L1,L2,R1,R2 (Im not sure which...) that allows you to change the hight....
