i have a question how much stuff should i put on a lvl 1 char stats wise like hp and strength and also what is good for a lvl 1 monster

Try looking at the database for the sample game.

If you felt that was well balanced, use their numbers. Or adjust them for the balance you want.

There is no one answer.

When looking at the class/monster databases, move the cursor to a space for a blank entry. Press the X button. You should have a short menu that basically asks you if you want to create a whole new class/monster or if you want to load a sample. Choose to use the sample, then choose what you want. Simple as that.

If you want to make your own system, just bear in mind that A) Changing character stats in-game with events should result in characters having a boost in ability, while they continue to advance at the rate you initially set up for them. B) You can always set up monsters for Lv. 1 characters, then advance their level appropriately.
