can i make it so i have to fight a npc that i make?

If you're still reading this, yeah you can. Go into the layout menu wherever you want the encounter to happen. Create a new standard event. Make the catagory 'Invisible'. Then, press L1. There, go all the way down to something along the lines of 'Event Code'. There, select 'new'. Then, click on Control. Then, click on 'Battles'. Then, you need to select the monster party that will be encountered. The NPC needs to be an enemy, of course, and a party of one. After that, playtest it, and see if it worked. Tell me if you need more specifics, or help in general.
