Know of any good graduate schools in the area, particularly in the field of computer science (AI, decision theory, or robotics)?

Long shot, I know, but I thought Prog was a eurodude, and I know some others are, too.

I'm not saying whether I'm a European or not, but I am gonna say that I know a couple of great EU grad schools, all in the UK.

Imperial College London is great for comp science, as is Cambridge U. However, one you should seriously consider is University of Newcastle upon Tyne. Read up on it, trust me.

Come to the University of South Florida. We've got one of the best graduate research programs in the country, especially in Engineering. We just built a nanotech research lab, too.

This is based on the assuption that Florida is in Europe.
