View Full Version : Characters and Events
What's up with characters and the mode editor thing? How come modes have all those cool options like facial expressions and stuff and event code doesn't? If both are present which one takes presidence (mode stuff and event stuff) or do they both play out? How does the treatment of characters (NPCs) and events differ since you can use events to create charcters?

I'm curious about this as well. I've had some fun with the storyteller mode, but it's all 2D. I'm hoping to find a way to create cutscenes with the 3D models but I haven't figured out if that's possible yet.

I can tell you one thing, the conversation text takes precendence over the event code, but both do occur.
Thanks you taught me two things. What's the second thing you ask? How to spell precedence. LOL I feel stupid for spelling that wrong. Think...precede...duh.
