I need to redo the ship and ship in tilesets so that the ship looks like it is going left or right, instead of up or down.
I've never worked on any tileset stuff, and dont know how to edit tilesets.
If anyone is willing to do that, or atleast a tutorial so i can do it myself, would be appreciated. Thanks.
Easiest way is to go Database->Tilesets->Export Ship 1-> Save to desktop or where ever. Then load it up in MS paint select the section you want to flip, use the rotate tool until you get it the way you want. Make sure it's not wider than 256 pixels save it, go back to the Tilesets tab, import it, then go to map preferences and make it your tileset for the map.
You can do it in MSpaint just fine as long as you make sure it's placed properly. It might give you a funky background color but as long as its not a color used by any of the tiles you can make it transparent in RMXP.
After a few days of editing tilesets I've come to perfer Gimp because it lets me set a 32x32 pixel grid so making sure my tiles are set right is a thousand times easier than MS Paint(with that, if I can learn how to change my color palettes I can start making my own tiles instead of just editing the in game ones.).
But really as long as you can select something and rotate it you could do this in any image editing program.

crappy thing about that ship, there's no sides to the thing in that set, so flipping won't work.

Thanks Valk. I was going to combine all of the tilesets into one or two images tommorow, but since your willing to share your hard work it will save me some time. I will still need to go through and set up "passage", "priority" and all of that other jazz though, right? Or, is there a way to import that info as well?
