With the company of others, Patrick confronts Sarah and finds out that she is being possessed by this strange orb. Now, it's up to Patrick and his friends to find the secrets of this orb. But little do they know, they encounter hotties, queers, and something that's out of this world that has a connection to Patrick's imaginary world... Famesworld that is!
