I am seriously thinking of getting this.

It has a cool looking multiplayer game, the first two Metal Gear games, and ect.

Even though I played MGS3...the extras are looking very tempting.

No, that's Boomer Kuwanger from Irregular Hunter X and MegaMan X1. Personally, I think he looks more like RingMan.
