(i know this sounds stuipid but im confused.) how do i setup rpgmxp?

in the download, there's an icon with a dragon on it that says setup menu. click that, install XP itself, then the RTP/RGSS.

When i downloaded it and installed it the first time RTP/RGSS it was in the Program Files/CommonFlies/
