in the download, there's an icon with a dragon on it that says setup menu. click that, install XP itself, then the RTP/RGSS.

When i downloaded it and installed it the first time RTP/RGSS it was in the Program Files/CommonFlies/There is one thing that pretty much disturbes me in an SRPG....
