    Robbotron Studios Site launched.

    I have opened a website for everything that I do with RPG Maker. Note: this site is plagued with ads, I used the cheapo site builder tripod and it makes it look ugly. I plan to find an alternitive to putting a site up.

    Check it out, it has screens to all my games, and I now have a VFX service. Details at the site, this is only temporary site. And I plan to get a better one soon. Anyways here is the link.

    I like it. I don't get annoyed by ads like most people, though. Unless its like GameFAQs where sometimes you are horded with ads.

    I'm still weary of searching through PC games on that site. Last time I did I was bombarded with ads, and before long my computer froze up because I ended up with 80+ pop ups within 5 seconds of going there.

      When I was selling comic books on eBay I used these folks as a free image host:

      http://free.prohosting.com/

      No pop ups, and no obtrusive ads. Just banner ads at the top and/or bottom of the page.

      They worked great for me!

      That was years ago, but my old account was still active and I was surprised.

      Here is an example of how I used them to sell comics:

        I personally can't stand ads, and popups. But, you know what? It gets the job done, and that's all that matters. I think the site is great, and you should be proud of it. I am tentatively planning on making a website for my adventure, Sundered Chronicles. If I do, I would be going the same route as you, and using a free website URL. It works the same as any other, and you can't beat something that's free.

          Well thanks, Its just the big ass tripod add on the top of the page, it bugs me. I wouldnt mind a banner, but that thing is way freaking huge.

              In the whole 2.5 years or so I've had my game's website no one's used the same design as me till now. I'll link to your site on my site. Pop-ups are annoying, but most people who use the internet frequently (like all of us here) have pop-up blockers. I actually like the plain black-on-white, no design interface: looks much more professional and is way easier to read. I still prefer my site's design over most of all the other independent game sites' designs. ( http://williampaladin.tripod.com/ )

                That is really odd... sorry about that, for I have never seen your site. But it was the only cool looking backround for the site, the rest were fruity and were ment for blogs etc. Anyways how about I post a link to your site from mine? Since your a fan of Hippy Hunt 2

                  Sure, no problem, I was expecting you to anyways (I always tell people I'll link to their site on mine, and because of that most RPGM1/2 game sites link to mine _. Don't worry about the design or anything, it's cool. Yeah, I know what you mean about the other design options.

                      Alot of people have their own site, and many have their own RPGM sites too. Even I have one. Nobody goes to it though. I use Freewebs, which is pretty good considering its like Tripod, except you only have a little strip of text at the bottom and no ads whatsoever.

                      I'll have to check out that RPG Planet later on...
