Strategy RPG Maker? Anyone speak French?

I found this by accident, but could it be that an engine exists to make a strategy RPG Maker? Any French speakers in here?(sorry, I only speak Ebonics).

I spotted it in an import shop that was having a clearance so I bought it for super cheap. Anyways, it's not really all that good. The premade graphics are limited and it's a very unusual and annoying process to make custom graphics fit the actual sheets. That, and I haven't found a way to import your own textures. Even still, the event commands are limited and there's no way of customizing the battle system to exactly what you want it. Basically, it's rpgm3 with a tactical battle system and on the pc, that lack of customizability doesn't fly.
