Pages 42-47 of the RPG Maker 3 manual are scanned in the below zip archive, as they contain a complete list of every event command in the software. Obviously, I figured such a thing would be a big help to people planning their games.

Re: RPG Maker 3 Event Guide
RPGM1 needed variables and if/then commands. If it did, I would've been perfectly happy with it.
Only up to a 4-way choice? That's a little limiting, but I don't think anyone will need more choices too often. If they do, there's always the possibility of having one choice go into more choices, like with RPGM1.
Nice to know there's a Game Over option.
Nicer to know we can change a character's level so easily.
But it sounds like we've got RPGM2's system where items are held by individual members. Hope that like items stock."What if like...there was an exact copy of you somewhere, except they're the opposite gender, like you guys could literally have a freaky friday moment and nothing would change. Imagine the best friendship that could be found there."

Re: RPG Maker 3 Event Guide
thanks alot! looks like we'll be able to do alot.
I didn't see anything about the camera (maybe I missed it). but as far as I can tell, we won't be able to control cameras at all during cut scenes... thats a little dissapointing. plz tell me if I somehow missed it. or perhaps its controled through other means...

Apparently, cutscenes are meant to be played out using the story-teller which is why some people are disappointed.Originally posted by Virtualmanthanks alot! looks like we'll be able to do alot.

Re: RPG Maker 3 Event Guide
*sigh* that story teller really doesn't appeal to me at all.... I had no plans of using it (nor do I still).... I guess I'll just have to find ways around the lack of camera control.... but for me thats the largest dissapointment this game could have given me.... I was so excited because of the graphics in this game, I couldn't wait to make my cinimatic cut scenes. They were going to be so cool. It seems odd that they would leave that out. even putting limited options in would have been ok, but to leave that out of a 3D game.... who's idea was that?Apparently, cutscenes are meant to be played out using the story-teller which is why some people are disappointed.
but I'll get over it... I'm already thinking of ways to get past it. And who knows maybe there are ways to manipulate the camera during events. he was somewhat vague and, they only just got the game today, so I guess we'll just have to wait and see.Last edited by Virtualman; 09-09-2005, 11:31 PM.
