    Yet another Silent Hill topic...

... To commemorate my finishing my first Silent Hill, #2, along with the Maria side story.

I got the Rebirth ending... It sucked.

I'd play it again to get the other endings, but right now I'm kinda Silent Hill'd out. *insta-kill kick to tha head*
    ...and that's why.

At least you can try for the dog ending and another one (you can swing two on one playthrough with the dog house key) if you pick it up again.

And I've considered getting it for Xbox, but I've played it so many damn times already...

Play it again and examine the knife a few dozen times. And get hurt.

          That's my favorite ending.

Yeah, I thought the "Water" ending was the best ending. It just seems to fit the best with James.

There are some elevators at my school that remind me of Silent Hill.

I work at a mall, and our store room is at the wayyyyyyyy back of this hallway that goes behind all the stores. The hall is really narrow but REALLY tall, and it totally reminds me of Silent Hill when I'm alone in there.

Silent Hill has a way of twisting your normal/everyday world and making it more ominous than it seems.

At night, during the fall and early spring, I walk around through a very old neighborhood here, simply because it always has that effect for me. It often gets foggy at night, so everything has an automatic "noise filter" and the silence just adds to the mood.

Question: Why is there a "lumber room" in the mall area in SH3? Do normal malls have "lumber rooms?"

Malls are run by pot-belly stoves

Way back when I was doing a production of Our Town, I went to investigate the under-construction music wing by the backstage hall during a night rehearsal. The entire wing was black, except for exit signs. I went into the band room, which was huge, dark and empty, except for a single ladder standing up in the middle of the room silhouetted by moonlight coming in through the windows. I froze, looked at it, then sorta ran out of the wing.

If it had been a wheelchair instead of a ladder, I probably would've fainted.

You should have done Jackie Chan stunts with the ladder.

Oh man, wheelchairs. That scene where the wheelchair's wheel starts spinning by its own has to be the creepiest thing ever put into a game.
