    Good and Evil...old hat?

I plan on doing a story that sheds a light on the grey areas in between good and evil. More than likely you will play an "evil" character, who is only evil because the world perceives him as being so...

I just wondered if anyone else was doing this, as to me, the whole good is good, and evil is evil thing is kind of old. I like to muddy the waters, as it makes a much more interesting story.

Yeah, I was having something similar in mind. Though, I'm kind of lazy to write some stuff about it.

But sure! Go do it! This is an excellent idea for a plot. Just come back once you have you have some of the story written down and share it regardless of how many times this idea has been used.

Well, honestly, there are no original ideas for stories. Mankind has written every possible plot point there is, from ancient times until now. I just hope to have enough original characters to make it work. That's the hard part.

No one's ever done a story about a dog solving mysteries.

You just proved my point, hehe. There are mystery stories, that is nothing new. It is your character, a dog, that is new.

Sherlock Hound is an exception, but that wasn't a game.

              What about that one dude?

Serious Sam, I think it was. Wasn't he a doggone detective?

Nope, that guy's just a spokeman. Er, spokesdog.

Scruff was McGruff's nephew. I don't think either of them had two names.

I think back in the 80's it was just Scruff McGruff, one guy, and then sometime in the 90's they dropped the Scruff from McGruff and made up a nephew with the name Scruff to make it hip and cool. I could be wrong though.

Oh, cool. I never remember him having a first name. Only knew him as McGruff the crime dog. Learn something new everyday. Scruff the nephew did exist in the 80s though because I had a comic book from school with him in it. He got bullied or played with a gun or something equally afterschool special-like. It wasn't half as good as the comic where Spider-Man stopped some kids from buying drugs from Green Goblin, though.
