Does it **** you off how characters have an EXTREMELY limited number of items they can hold? Well, here's a little gimmick to make things easier..
Now, say you have various items like Potion, Antidote, Ether, etc. For each item, make a duplicate, increase the number of uses to Ten Times the original amount, increase the cost to Ten Times that amount, and put the word "Pack" in front of the item name (Potion Pack, Antidote Pack, Ether Pack, etc.) Lastly, have those items available to purchase alongside the regular items in various shops.
Depending on how your game works, the normal items will be the better option early on due to the party's low levels of Gold and less need for the items. And later on, when the dififculty rises and the party becomes much richer, the Pack items will be the way to go.
