Not bad at all for something you did all by yourself!

3d art is diffinatly NOT allowed. It's not even real art. Anyone who even mentions 3d modeling WILL BE BANNED. There will be no warnings, so watch what you say.

And that's really good! Did you follow a tutorial?

Awesome work. Maybe I should finish up some models I have in progress.

I'm not much a fan of the NSX; too overwight and just plain big of a car. I like my cars tiny, like the one James Dean died in. But that is an awesome piece of work you have done.

That's impressive. I can't begin to think about fathoming how to do that kind of stuff.

Monkey King - No, as Valk said I used reference, I scanned in pics from a Tamiya model and went off that slightly making adjustments for the newer version of the Raybrig Team NSX.

                    RPGProgrammer - Maya 6.0

Terr - Hah hah, Im obssesed with the NSX. But in all truthfulness I just took a break from working on the stuff at the game company Im interning at and my portfolio work to throw 3 cars together. The NSX, the Mercedes CLK and then for ****s and giggles one you might like.

The yugo.....was done in Max 6.0....in like 15 minutes...super low poly and ****y looking....just like real life.

                      wha?

No, as Valk said I used reference,
no, I was pointing out loki's sarcasm, but the way I spelled it was an obscure reference.

                      I'm gonna go die now.

Ah, poop....my bad, I read it fast and wrong.

Anywho, I forgot to mention I hope to finish is soon...when stuff slows down.

I dislike the Yugo, unless it is the new post 1990s Ivano or Zorgasy Roadster.

My dream car would be either an Opel Eco Speedster or a Maserati Osca.

My car being built into an electric car is a Triumph Spitfire Coupe, also known as a GT6. I would post pictures of my car if I had a scanner, but here is what a Spitfire Coupe looks like:

Needless to say, my car does NOT look that good yet. You see that dark British Racing Green lacquer color on the car shown in the images? I'm painting my entire car is that color. No stripes or racing numbers. I currently slapped on a quick yellow paintjob to keep it from rusting, as I did the transmission work to put a TR6 transmission and drive axel into the car to handle the high torque of an electrric motor. To experiment with it some, I got it running as a gas car now and need to get the brake lights and headlights working. The stock Lucas electric wiring sucks and is a ***** to work with, so I am going to be replacing that. The inline 6-cylinder engine I have in it produces 210 horsepower at the flywheel with 240 lb-ft peak torque, in a 1,780 pound car. They get between 35 and 40 miles per gallon if driven sanely, but you know cars like that are meant to be toyed with. As an electric car, after I build the battery boxes for the pack I want and a motor mount that won't get ripped from the unibody due to the tremendous torque, it may end up a 275 horsepower electric monster, with 380 lb-ft of peak torque from 0 RPM to 4,000 RPM and only weigh 2,600 pounds! If I find my budget gets too limtiing, I will settle with a lower power setup that grants 150 horsepower at the flywheel and 210 lb-ft of peak torque from 0 to 3600 RPM. The high power setup would allow me to pull low 13s in the 1/4 mile and 0-60 in about 4 seconds, while the lower power setup would give me 0-60 in about 6 seconds and 1/4 mile in about 14.7-14.9 seconds. Both setups with a 8,000 RPM rev limit on the electric motor would allow a 160 MPH top speed, the drag coefficient of the car being so low that even the 150 horsepower setup could reach that speed. With a 1,125 pound pack of Optima D750 lead acid batteries, range per charge could be 80-100 miles at highway speeds.

That NSX could get embarassed if I use the high power setup in that car. They would be a close match.

I'm doing a model of the car I own for my game, and in the game it will be as I intend to have it in real life. The only thing stopping me from having the real car finished is flow of cash. I need another job aside from the one at my university because that job only gets me 1-2 hours a week(At $10 an hour, but that still isn't much given such few hours available to work). There are no jobs around. Need money to finish car.

With an efficiency gain of 500hp and a 7psi boost I could keep up with ya......problem is I just needa find another 8grand laying around.
