    SSBM

Yeah, Super Smash Bros. Melee. Who here still plays this game? I am rocking with adult Link, and can beat just about anyone. Can't beat all the events though. Only up to Lv. 51...

Adult Link is the easyest to get good with. His spin move is boarderline cheep.

Me, I like Dr. Mario in a pink shirt, Pichu with goggles, and Cap Falcon with a Heart on his helmet.

Ness has always been my favorite, but they certainly weakened him a bit in SSBM. Ness is GREAT against the hands, because he has fluid motion and can take to the air easily. Another character I like using is Fox, although he is rather cheap. He makes one of the harder events a cakewalk, as long as you aren't worried about getting a good time.

And Jigglypuff's Rest = death. She is the best character for the last event.

I haven't played Smash in a while. I'm playing Jump Superstars on DS right now which is a lot like SSBM.

My favorite SSBM charater is adult Link too. I play a lot with Peach, Bowser, and Samus as well.

I still play, I rule with Samus and Sheik and have a pretty good Gannondorf.. My friend sean seriously owns everyone with Jigglypuff(and he never uses the one hit kill). He also has a really good Marth.

It's crazy how deep the game becomes when you really learn the art of dodging, shield grabbing, wave smashing, etc etc.

Marth is my staple, though I love a good Luigi or Dr. Mario now and then.

Speaking of Luigi, I can't unlock him! I've gone through adventure mode on normal with every last character I've unlocked so far, and then some. He never shows up.
            ...and that's why.

You need to reach the Mario battle at a specific time in adventure mode. Luigi will take his place. I don't remember exactly when you should be at the finish line.

Man, I guess I'm the only person alive who hates this game.

I thought it was shallow, extremely glitchy, and a chore to play. Although I do like that home-run minigame.

Actually a lot of the low-life kid-killing thugs who post here hate this game.

It's true, I read about it in the papers. The papers.

Adult Link is my favorite, I'm also good with Ganondorf, Marth, and Mario.

I'm not a big fan either. Every time I go to a friend's house that has the game, I make a point to play it for a while, and try to enjoy it. But I just can't get into it. I'm a big fighting game fan, and I play SSB:M because people say it's totally the best fighting game, but when I play a few games of it I can't help feeling that I'd rather be on my Dreamcast playing Street Fighter or Marvel vs. Capcom, or playing Tekken 3 and Soul Calibur 2 on my PS2. The fact that several of the characters are really cheap, while others are overpowered is enough to make the game less fun. But combined with the extremely limited moveset and the buttloads of annoying as hell glitches (many of which you need to learn how to exploit in order to become good at the game), the game isn't my gosh darn cup of tea.

My bro (President Hiroshima) rules the board with Fox.

He beat event 51 using him and is now trying to master Wavedashing.

Redneck and Manyak don't like a Nintendo game? I for one am shocked by this.

I love this game! I used to play as Ness all the time but then i discovered that Roy was a better character. I can beat anyone with roy! Except the 51st event.
