In regards to Game Forum management.

Would there be anyway possible to make it so that the owner of a Game Forum, like my own for example, have a Moderators powers for their own Game Forum?

More specifically, the ability to change the Forum Name, Forum Description, Delete Threads etc. I find it really annoying I have to ask an Admin to do these things, plus, I don't like bothering them with small and menial taskes that we should have the power to do anyways.

changing forum name and description is an admin-level thing, it can't be assigned to moderators.

The biggest thing keeping us from making forum owners mods is that they would then carry moderator badges (can't change this) and people would naturally assume they're site staff.

Disabling badges for mods would do it, but I like having our staff easily identifiable.

Well, yeah, exactly. That way you don't have to look in the Staff Page to find out who's who. It's not as bad for me or other regulars who know who the Staff are, but it would be newcomers. It's also nice to be recognized for running the site and what not.

is there a way to create a second level mod mask that has the same powers as site staff but counts as a separate entity? like a sub mod or something?

Hmm, could do a new mod level, yeah. "Thread Moderator" would be an awful name for it, though.

Well, that would work then, I guess. But would it have to show a pin below the name? Cause just a pin would look wierd. But an unnamed position, as well as an unmarked one would be perfect.

No to what? The no badge and no position name thing? Or no to my suggestion of having an unnamed and unseeable position that would allow you to manage your own Game Forum.

I think the latter would work well. Because it doesn't make it appear as your some start of staff, but it gives you the power to manage your own Forum.

it should be more of a utility position for fixing threads in your own game forums and thus shouldnt have any indication as its unnecessary. call it princess pony bows for all it maters.
