Visually, what are you looking for? Because there's not much you can do. I'd say this is entirely possible using Pseudo-random number generators though. Give me a few, I'll ry and figure this one out for ya.

Expect this to use up a very large number of data though, PRNG's take up large amounts of space: so this is okay if your making this as a game itself, but not if it's incorporated as a mini-game in another game.

I need 4 different minigames. I need the first prize to be something called a Star Earring and the Grand Prize to be a key (treasure) that they can use to open chests for their ultimate weapons but I need it to where the minigames won't open up til later. Don't much care about the minigames. Just need the grand prize to be really difficult to get and the 1st prize hard to get. But the minigames should be fun too. Oh and need to pay money to play them.
