HELP!! Looking for iMovie-ish slideshow program

So I'm looking for something that you can put photos into, have the photos move slowly, and add a soundtrack to. I know iMovie does this automatically, but I'm looking for a Windows program to do this that my MOM can use...so it has to be very easy to use.

If you guys know of anything for Windows that does this, please let me know. Thanks!

Doesn't Windows Movie Maker do this? I used it before and you can just slap any visual thing in there and choose how long it stays.

Power Director is good for that, and pretty simple. You can set the image duration, add transition effects, pan/zoom, add effects, add music, etc. Windows machines are starting to come with it, I think. I know mine did, and it's 2 years old at this point.

Red Dragon's response would be mine, too. You can drag and drop pictures (jpg's, bmp's, whatever) into it, and then grab the edge of it in the timeline and shrink or grow how long it is it just by dragging.

if for some reason you can't get movie maker free on her version of windows, videopad is essentially the same thing. or openoffice has "impress", which is a powerpoint clone.
