after i get RPG maker 3 how would i submit it here cause it says u can do that with 1 and 2 how is that even possible

First you have to have a means of transfering files from your memory card to your PC, there's actually quite a few ways to do this with RPGM2&3 files, including the PSP, Max Drive, Shark Port, and X-Port (There's an article by Valkysas that you can read regarding the last three methods). For RPGM1 you need a Dex Drive, not very easy to come by nowadays, but worth it if you have an RPGM1 game to submit.

Once you have the file on your PC, you need to make a post in the submissions forum with your game as an attachment. Valk should then add it to the list of games within a few days. You can also find some info at the submissions forum.
