    Songs that were forever ruined

What are some songs that you used to like, or think of one way, but after some event or something you saw with the song, you can only think of it another way?

    Example:
I can no longer listen to song of storms from Zelda without thinking of these guys:
    XBox Live: Alzar2k
    Playstation Network: Alzar2k

The Jonas Brothers have no right to walk the earth for this sin against nature.

They ruined Poor Unfortunate Souls from Little Mermaid, too. I dare not post it here.

The song "Diamonds and Guns" by The Transplants was ruined by being in a Garnier commercial. It's the only one that comes to mind.

Hallelujah was ruined for me when it was featured in the Watchmen sex scene.

OMG. This! Shrek set this song up, and Watchmen came along and knocked it down.

Man, I like A Perfect Circle... but apparently they don't have enough sense to know that there are some songs that should never be attempted to be remade. That was just awful.

I don't agree on the Holy Diver one. I don't know anything about Killswitch, but just from comparing it to the Dio version it seems like they kept true to the original while giving it their own twist. Like most covers.

As for the Perfect Circle. Ehhh... Trying to be sensationalist. No big surprise.

I had seen this video when it was first put up on Headbanger's ball, and thought it was awesome. This song was ruined after people played it to the point where the saturation had reached ultra-critical mass and people stopped liking Dragonforce.
Killswitch Engage did a great job of Holy Diver.
What's the point of having an emergency response system if you can't provoke the wrath of God?
