I saw a tornado once when I was a little kid. I think I was five or six.

Yeah, like Blackberry said: they missed us. Our sirens went off, though, because there was a Doppler-indicated tornado in the very northern part of our county (we're in the far south by the border).

Virginia had tornado warnings last week. Very heavy rain. D.C. and NC got the blunt of 'em.

My area was under tornado watch till 7 today.

The clouds were moving fast as heck. But still no rain.

there were tornado warnings and really strong winds, but nothing bad anywhere near me.

They've been all around me. So much rain as of late as well. Thought my apartment was going to flood last night.

Never seen a Tornadoe, but have been under warning.

Only disasters I've lived through was flood, forest fire, and Ice storm.

This storm barely missed us a week ago:

We're in the middle of a week of storms (alright, who played that Ocarina?), and last night was a pretty bad one. The storm missed us, but as you can see, it was a pretty violent one. It managed to produce some tornados. In fact, one of them closed down the St. Louis airport; it was a direct hit.

Kinda eerie, seeing all that action out there and not hearing any thunder (just a few short breezes). The bugs chirping have no idea what lies out there.

I wind up pointing out to where there is no lightning midway through. The storm was spread across the sky a lot more than it was in the video, but I guess by the time I managed to grab my camera, the storm moved furthur away.
