I made a casino in my game, is there any formula that I can use to make a mini game where the character gambles to earn money? Maybe like a probability/guessing game?

everything i make is open source so your welcome to take anything from crystal shores. i will be releasing the next installment soon and it has a built in poker style of game and a hi/low guessing game. these are hard as sin to make and worse to bug fix so my advice for you is to start with something basic and work your way up to something complex.
most people dont like random games so a guessing game isnt much fun. its much better if there is some kind of skill involved like choosing your own destiny in a card game. also note that making a random probability engine doesnt mean you need to account for every choice a player can make, but means making enough random samples to appear like its random. 30-50 is usually enough to look random and avoid common repeated. in a card flip game i made for the first card of my game i used 32 combinations and it seams to be good enough.
lets say you want to hit a big game. break down what you want to happen and build it in stages then layer on the extra parts to make it more realistic. start with a framework in mind then figure out what you would need to achieve for it to work. know your switches well, know your conditions well, know your order of page operations well, know how to make a side menu. its tough but make the game in a single sitting and play test it then else you will spend a crap load of time figuring out what you did and why later on.
