I never thought to try using just alfredo as a base for the pizza, if I use it at all I tend to mix it with red sauce. Generally if I'm in the mood for a white sauce pizza (which is not often at all), I'll just use the creamy garlic sauce. I prefer alfredo on pasta, but with chicken as the main meat that might be good. Hopefully you've got a few other toppings on there, or at least garlic. I find one topping pizzas to taste boring as hell in general, especially chicken.

Spinach and mushrooms, which is about the perfect combination for a pizza with alfredo sauce as the base. I also sprinkled crushed red pepper on top before I cooked it.

I had a DiGiornio's buffalo chicken pizza with Jamaican jerk dusted over the topic for dinner last night. I am finishing the last piece for breakfast as I type this.
