What type of pants do you like to wear?


I hate jeans, they're the stiff spawn of Satan that restricts my leg movement. I wear corduroys all the time because I find them more comfortable. Lately people wonder why I don't wear jeans--and I've never got the question really before, but I keep getting it now. Is it so odd?

I be curious, what about you guys and gals?

I've started wearing trousers instead of jeans and find them more comfortable and stylish.

I also bought these five dollars corduroys on clearance, and they're quickly becoming one of my favorite pair of pants to wear

Black kakhis simply because I'm forced to wear them at work. I don't really care too much, just NOT sweat pants.

I wear the cheapest pants I can get - whatever the style or color.

I hate clothes.

Corduroy pants are awesome!!! They are more comfortable as khakis (and less formal) and they are the most comfortable pants I can wear while I work 8 hours a day in my cube. Denim jeans bunch, aren't that flexible, and don't breathe very well. So yes, Corduroy for the win.

...and maybe I'd wear sweat pants, but that's not considered business casual here.

I wear pretty much everything on that list. What I wear on any given day depends on my mood, where I'm going and what I'm doing.

denims are the most comfortable and stylish pants. they are a timeless classic and will never go out of style, and they are the definition of the american masculine.

denims dont have the pretentious or prep or styled made-men wrappings around them that other pants do. denims are a pant that are free of those external meanings and are a pant that grows with you as you wear them. i had the same 2 pairs of denims from like 6 years and only stopped wearing them because i got fat, but my two pairs of denims were me, and just me.

there is no other pant that can give you what denims can give you. when you first put on your denims, they are stiff, and raw. they are deep in hue and they bleed everywhere. they crease and crack and tear and fade until the jeans become a representation of who you are and what you do. you can look at another mans denims with admiration, with envy and in awe because a mans denims is a mans character.

any other pant is just a man wearing a mask.

I used to always wear cargo pants but that was high school. I have a bunch of expensive jeans now 8).

I'm in the market for nicer dress clothes too, since I'm sick of wearing these oversized slacks at work.

I almost exclusively wear jeans, but I want to start wearing cargo pants to hold all of my important stuff.

Cargo shorts are more important, because of the loss of pockets without coats come warm weather. I'm totally getting more cargo shorts when it gets warmer!
