Smoking Weed

My roommate does it. Every other night, on into early morning hours. And he brings friends over. The place stinks to high heaven and I'm supposed to sleep somehow.

I'm not entirely against the whole thing, considering the reasoning behind its illegality lacks in credibility. But I want to get rid of the guy. Transfering out of the room costs $100, and I'm outta money.

It's certainly against the contract of the apartment to be doing this. But I doubt my housing office would investigate the matter in a way that would catch him off guard.

If I call the police, they'll just arrest him for 2 days and give him a fine. And the first place he'll go when he comes back will be to the one whom he suspects squealed, so he can kick his ass. And that would most likely be me, since I'm his only roommate. And there's the risk that the police would arrest me too and interrogate me since I'm in the same dwelling allowing this to happen. I dunno. Police scare me.

What should I do? Schools started and I can't afford to lose sleep over his red-eyed wasted ass and his idiotic friends.

I once tried this weed flavored sucker from spencer's gift store and it tasted exactly like it. It was crazy. BTW the sucker tasted like crap, which is kinda how weed tastes, but it's all about how it makes you feel anyways.

First Idea: Get built, get ripped and learn how to kick ass. Tell him you want to get some sleep and if he doesn't like it he can go **** himself. Claw him with a bolt wrench.

Second Idea: Smoke it with him, it will help you get to sleep I bet.

Third Idea: I don't know, kill him while he's sleeping.

I know this may sound gay, but it may be your last option, just tell him to smoke somewhere else. and that you take your schoolin seriously. He may get your message man.

Mention to the police that you were scared to tell them at first. Also mention to them that you're afraid he might come do something to you. They may be able to help somehow >.> It's worth a try.

well, maybe then turn it around, try to get him to leave. like (reader discretion advised o.o) dont flush your toilet, walk around nude.....I dont know, think of something to get him to move the F out.

Have you tried talking to him about it at all?

You could always tell him to change rooms and pay the 100 bucks, if he doesn't, say you'll go to the housing office and report his illegal doings and demand a free change. If you make a big enough fuss about it, you'll get your way.

First, I'd talk to him though. Maybe he could at least not have friends over on school nights--they can all go over to someone else's room/house on those nights. Or some kind of compromise. The worst thing that could happen is he says no and you take it to higher authorities.

Well I don't know how your housing department is, but I would first try to tell him that you would like to get some sleep during the weekdays (and possibly weekends too), see if maybe he might understand first (some people actually are resonable believe it or not). Then if he still doesn't stop tell housing that he is being loud and obnoxious at night and he interferes with your sleep habits (don't mention the weed though) and see if they might agree to either move him out or let you change rooms for free. Other than that I guess you just have to try to live with it as if you tell your housing dept about the weed the police will more than likely get involved as well. So just try to make it clear to housing how much of an effect this has on you, and maybe they won't be jerks and tell you to just live with it.
