    Towns

Where do you exactly build towns in the editor? I've lain my towns onto the map but am unsure how to make the internal areas of a town such as shops, people etc.

    Where is this done?

Been forever since I used RPG Maker but I was pretty sure you just make another map and then use a teleport to teleport the player to the "shop" map.

      Re: Towns

I more or so meant how to do begin to make a town. Like where in the editor is the program to do so? I've been looking forever, do you make them as "out" dungeons?

And how do you connect the placed areas on the world map, to the said towns?

        Re: Towns

Towns are made in the out dungeon editor, yes. And to link them with the field map...
In the field editor, you choose the town map from a drop-down list when editing the town icon.
In the event editor, I think it's "Move Location", making sure to have the Field option tabbed.

          Re: Towns

As Dray (or "Erika"?) mentioned, towns serve the same function as dungeons and by all design purposes are registered as "dungeons". That confused me at first, too.
