    Games that time forgot

Post an awesome, great, hell even semi entertaining game you never hear anyone talk about anymore.

I'll start w/ Section Z. This game from Capcom was great. It was a shooter w/ a HUGE map you had to explore, deciding which direction to go at the end of each level, but otherwise was a classic shooter, from Capcom no less!!!...great stuff.

The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy text game. I loved that!!

And the 2 Terry Pratchett Discworld Games for PS2 were Funtabulous! Eric Idle did the voice for Rincewind, the main character, and it was one of those wacky puzzle games where you had to run around gathering silly items and using thme on things, people, each other, and even Rincewind, to complete the game.

If you don't know about the Discworld series of novels, you should.

And Bugs Bunny's Wabbit Wampage (for tthe SNES) is the single best Looney Tunes game EVER. Find it and play it.

        METAL STORM

Very unique at the time for your ability to change gravity, and overall a hard yet rewarding shooter.

I have fond memories of Rock N' Roll Racing.

Astal was one of my favorite games growing up. I must have rented it from the video store every weekend for two months straight.

another favorite, Dynamite Headdy. I don't really know if people forgot about this one, but I never hear anyone talk about it.

I always wanted a sequel to Werewolf The Last Warrior.

Me and my brother played through this game like 10 times each over a few years after it came out. Such an awesome game. They just dont make'em like this anymore. If I could find the disk Id probably play through it again.

And anybody remember Heart of Darkness? ****ing awesome 2d sidescroller for the playstation. Its like watching an animated movie. Its ****ing great. I remember renting this for weeks on end till me and my brother beat it. Great story, great animation, tons of brutal deaths, fun characters and creature designs. It had it all.

Watch these. Its like a movie!

I always wanted to play Heart of Darkness. It wasn't until later that I found out it was by the guy who made one of my favorite games, Out Of This World.

I can't wait to play Chahi's (Heart of Darkness, Another World) From Dust. That may be the one game to break my Ubisoft boycott.

Werewolf was a really cool game. But the difficulty was really high.

                              Snake Rattle N Roll

You've probably already watched the video, but in case you didn't, I'll explain. It was a game created by Rare, in which you played as a snake (in 1-player or 2-player co-op), and had to eat these wacky little balls called "Pibbly-bits" until you grew heavy enough to ring the bell on the scale and open the level exit. It was a fun game, but the final boss is pretty much impossible without a turbo controller (skip to 1:40):

                              I've never beaten it, myself.
