    Random friend adds online.

    Did anyone here on the Pavilion request me as a friend on Xbox Live? I'm just not sure with this girl that somehow looked up my gamertag. I'm sure we didn't meet in another game, so the lady either knows me here or (possibly) on Facebook. Not a big deal, really. I just wanted to know if it was from here or FB and just being paranoid or something. Just thought I'd ask. Anyone else get random adds from people that you don't "meet" in a game? Hmm...curious.

    Edit: Heh, it could be one of my chick friends and I'm just being paranoid. It just kind of bothers me when people don't tell me who they are before sending me a request. Maybe I'm just being silly...

    Nope. I rarely add anyone; most of the people on my list just added me. The random ones from people played probably do make up a good 30-40% of my list. But someone I didn't play and don't know? Unusual.

      I'd say my friend list on the PS3 is about a third people I know in real life, a third people from the Pav, and a third people I met in games (either WKC or Demon's Souls). Oh, and to skew those 1/3s, I actually have about 6-7 from Playstation Home.

        I get random adds all the time with blank message fields and delete them.

        I think its from being on the leaderboards for a few different games, and people either send the request by mistake, or wanna be my friend but don't care to even put a message in the field so I just ignore them.

          I don't really get that on the 360, but on the PS3, people send me blank invites all the time. I blame that on my PSN ID being shown on a few of my youtube vids.

            Much like real life nobody's interested in being my friend online. Well some people added me from Facebook. Mostly people who went to the same high school around the same time and so we had some mutuals. Doesn't mean I rememeber them or even knew them at the time. But whatevs, they post interesting stuff every now and then.

              Aww. I'd add some of you guys (Honest). Not sure what games I'd play with you guys as I don't play too many multiplayer games, so I just never offered. Generally, you guys are pretty cool, even when I'm grumpy.

              No, This has to be just a chick friend making a profile recently and adding me, from comparing the games and points. More than likely it's a friend or her boyfriend's 360 or something. She's using Kinect and some game that sounds like WiiFit or something. Sounds like her, probably found my tag on Facebook. I'm just being paranoid for silly reasons.

              I just don't add people unless I know you from somewhere (Facebook, Message Board, Real Life, etc.) or I just happened to have played with someone enough, I guess. Not really into randoms, call it obsessive or something.

                  Don't tease him like that But no really, I'm kind of surprised people haven't added you, Chuck. I thought you actually play with other people more often than two-month intervals (unlike me). Or am I getting you mixed up with Crunk? Friggin' people with similar friggin' screen names (grumble grumble).
