Oh, I have a feeling that it would work. The problem, as alluded to near the end of the article, is not coming up with the data and solutions, but implementing those solutions. Especially trying to get the U.S. to do anything and avoiding the quagmire that bureauocracy would bring to it.



On the other hand, I'm not sure I trust this, because in the last paragraph, it said, "it's" when it should have said "its."

When I first heard about this, the mice in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy sprung to mind.

Also, if you visit the BBC news site regularly, it becomes painfully obvious that they don't proofread.
