In this 26 episode anime everyone has lost their memory of anything that happened 40 years ago and is centered around a negotiator named Roger Smith there's more important characters but that's the basics plus you have to see it more than once to fully understand it and even then you may end up confused. I really like the episodes where Alan Gabriel almost kills Dorothy,not that I don't like Dorothy it's just Alan got a lot screen time in those 2 episodes,and if it's not obvious yet he's my fav villian on the show. In my opinion he was the only true villian besides Beck, because most of the other villians thought what they were doing was right. Comment
