Uh, it seemed pretty gentle and low-key. Why is your childhood committing suicide.

Needs cgi, 3D, innuendos and some pop music in the trailers

On one hand, it's nice to see a straight-up hand-drawn Disney movie after seeing what happened to Tangled.

On the other... a whole Pooh movie? It won't be, uh, too boring?

If it's as sweet as that Keane song, I'll be ready for it.

            Um.

Hasn't there already been a Pooh movie? {:3

Unless you meant ANOTHER Pooh movie, which I would have to agree I'd rather they move on to undiscovered country.

I actually prefer this over Yogi. This is going to be a terrible Christmas.

Yea, the trailer made it seem like it stays true to the Pooh. The only thing that seemed a bit out-of-place was the Keane song playing throughout.

But that's hardly Alvin and the Chipmunks-style childhood wrecking.

Agreed. Now the Alvin and the Chipmunks "revival" was my childhood raped, beaten, stabbed and left out in the road to rot.

How was the Alvin and the Chipmunks childhood wrecking? They were ALWAYS a stupid novelty act, and were simply updated for the modern day. Honestly, stayed pretty true to what it was.

Also this Pooh movie looks surprisingly true to the Pooh I remember, and **** IT'S NOT CGI? Don't know why Denethor is crying.

And I think the issue sneeze joke was really funny.

Did the old Alvin and the Chipmunks have a lot of bodily humor?

                      I think not~

The Chipmunk Adventure was an enjoyable movie for me.

CG ghetto-fabulous chipmunks, not so much.

Even those Chimpunks were a revival, though.

Yup. This was the first movie I remember seeing in theatres and I enjoyed it immensely. I even have it on DVD.

It was a great, entertaining movie without the need to resort to poop eating jokes.

A progressive one! Therein lies the rub.
