    Holy Crap: San Diego Comic Con

    I'm in San Diego for Dear Friends and apparently the Comic-Con International is going on this weekend and I didn't even realize it.

    Now I'm not a geek so I don't know who most of the people are but a bunch of people from the Simpsons are signing autographs on Saturday along with Ray Bradbury. I might not go for that but Bruce is signing tomorrow. I'll probably go to that one just to shake his hand and stuff. Maybe I'll be all super geek and ask him to sign a picture or something for the entire pavilion.

    Also Natalie Portman is going to be there but it doesn't look like she's going to be available to meet people.

          Anyone know anything about Penny Arcade being there?

                Get me Harry Shearer's autograph!!!


                He's the guy that does the voices for Burns, Smithers, Flanders, Satan, Kent Brockman, Skinner, etc etc etc.

                Also, I think my favorite cel dealer will probably be there. If you see Ed Noonchester (at a booth full of anime cel folders), check out his stuff.

                    drop by the hasbro booth, and pick me up a Transformers Legends of Cybertron "Skywarp" figure? hasbro is handing them out, and they're a convention exclusive. If you manage to snag me one, I'll pay you a finder's fee and to ship it to me. I really, really want it. seriously. I'm pretty sure it's free, but if it costs anything, I'll pay you back.
