At the behest of Perv, I watched "King of Kong."

I don't want to say I'm being brainwashed, but the whole documentary made me see Billy Mitchell as crude, narcissistic, and above all, cowardly. When you're trying to protect record in Donkey Kong, it can mess with your head, I guess.

I've played the game once...and I failed miserably. I'm more in tune with the controller, but it simply amazed me how impassioned people were to get that coveted all-time high score in those classic, nostalgic, and simplistic (I mean this in a good way) video games.

Thanks for the recommendation, Perv. I'm not a devout supporter of the little guy, Steve Wiebe.

Wow, I just watched that again today! In fact, I was going to bring it up in the Mag's chat room. Some surgeon beat the record earlier this year but I believe Steve has beaten it again. It's all very confusing.

Currently, as of September of this year, Wiebe has the crown again with 1,064,500 points.
