Halloween 2010 - what are you up to?

I'm going to a show Saturday night, to enjoy some music and check out the rest of the freak parade.

I'll be dressing up as a famous murderer. I needed something cheap and hilarious, and this outfit just requires a little bit of sewing. If it turns out okay, I'll post a picture.

What are your plans?

My girlfriend and I were gonna dress up as Seifer and Squall respectively. We have "gunblades" that a friend made for us for a completely unrelated reason, but the local resale store had such a crappy selection and we couldn't find any of the sweet jackets we would need to pull it off.

So we're probably gonna dress as the rich parents who live on Beacon Hill, go trick-or-treating there and comment on how droll everyone's costumes are while handing out full-size Snickers bars (cardboard of course).

Or play D&D, watch The Thing and eat chili? I dunno yet.

Have some party to go to saturday, though going to a show doesn't sound half bad. And I dunno maybe I'll go into NYC on sunday, not sure. I don't think I want to parade around East Village dressed like that.

On Friday, I'm going to my friend's Halloween party. It's going to be the first Halloween party I have ever attended in my life, and I'm so excited! Going as a 1920s flapper/cabaret type girl.

Actual Halloween is my Mom's birthday, (which is why I've never attended Halloween parties before, they're usually on the same date) so we'll be having Sunday brunch to celebrate.

Woohoo! Best of both worlds this year!
