Reminds me that I need to finish this game. I kind of stopped playing when I got locked up in a room a little larger than a closet with two ghosts in it. Because that is appearantly plenty of room. *sigh*

I just played this. FF2 was a CHORE. You backtrack to each house like 3 times and every fight takes like 5 minutes.

And the last boss, who kills you in one hit, is another boss fight, and a long corridor with ghosts away from the nearest save point.

the atmosphere and storyline of FF2 are fantastic, but the actual 'game' is something of a chore.

I loved every second of the two games. Fond memories of playing these games in the dark, with friends screaming and freaking. A different take on the survival horror game for sure. Plus it has cute protagonists, with costume changes after you beat the game.

A friend and I were talking about how someone oughta make a "Camera Obscura" iPhone/Android app.

It would work like the augmented reality apps with the camera, but you could drop in ghosts into geographical locations, and the first person to snap the picture of it would get to exorcise it.
