Aww-- thanks, guys! I didn't expect there to be a thread for me, since all I do is mostly lurk now. Anyways, I guess now's a good a time as ever to post a lil' update about myself:
I graduated:
Went to Puerto Rico for the summer:
Now I'm in grad school, working on my PhD. I've a place of my own now, with two roommates:
Dora's the one on the left; Duchess is on the right. They may look familiar; Duchess is Dagger's momma-cat.
I found Duchess eating out of my garbage can at my old apartment complex. She was emaciated, wormy, and full of fleas. I took her in, cleaned her up, and kept her-- she later surprised me with a litter of 7 kittens. I managed to adopt them all out and kept Dora for myself. She's been my favorite from the start; her eyes were open at only 3 days, and she was the first to scoot on her belly to explore the nest. She would always crawl towards me to sit in my lap, and she's been there ever since.In the beginning the universe was created. This made a lot of people very angry and is widely considered as a bad move.Comment
