No, don't confuse this thread with the classic trick to equip "any" character with "any" weapon. This is basically multiplying the trick by itself, so to speak.
Let's say you have 5 characters, and each one represents a basic weapon. those weapons are:
Sword Increases 15 STR, 5 MAG
Dagger Increases 10 STR, 10 MAG
Staff Increases 0 STR, 20 MAG
Katana Increases 5 STR, 15 MAG
Axe Increases 20 STR, 0 MAG
You see, each weapon increases a set amount of STR, MAG, or a little of both, so they're balanced. By using the "Epuip any character with any weapon" trick multiple times for every character, anyone can equip any weapon bought at a weapon shop.
Bear in mind this is just a familiar setup. It can be added to in make it more diverse, such as including Bows, which specialize in long-range combat, as well as Great Swords, which have elemental properties.
