From Software is making this, and just based on the few small clips of gameplay you see, this is basically Demon's Souls 2.

Hopefully they let you invite friends to play together instead of summoning random people.

I just want to know what was on the other end of the broken archstone!!!!!!!

On the one hand, I'm disappointed that a team with such talent is working on a sequel as opposed to a new and original game.

On the other hand... Demon's Souls 2!!!!

Project Dark has been in development for years, so it probably isn't a sequel to Demon's Souls. It was first mentioned before Demon's Souls was announced, actually.
