Hopefully it's a huge improvement over the first. And for the love of god, have a ton of content from the start instead of unlocking them with each "update" over several months.

I dunno. I think it's going to take a lot to make a game ass fun as PSO was. If PSU or the DS/PSP titles were any indication, dubbing a game PSO2 means squat.

Actually Den, did you ever play Phantasy Star Portable? they pretty much fixed everything they did wrong with PSU except for no online play. They have enhanced Phantasy Star Portable 2 so much more, and it now has online play. Its better than PSU ever was, even though it is in a similar setting.

PhSP2 just came out this past week, and it is free to play online, so i'm sure it is going to have a following for a very long time.

Edit: although it does have one of those registration code things that you have to link to your PSN account to be able to play it online.

Nobody I know plays the obscure PSP titles that are actually good.

Plus mine was stolen. May get another sooner or later, but I'm still kinda burned on that.
