These people typed out this huge massive wall of text just to rent out some crappy little room. It also sounds like they are hoarders, and let their cats and dogs crap all over their floors or something.

$260 a month and having one chore, or $400 for no chores. And they give you free juice, tea, and laundry detergent BUT OH GOD GET YOUR OWN SHAMPOO. They mention the shampoo thing a few times. Also no booze or ILLEGAL DRUGS or DRUNKS allowed.

These people sound crazy. And 3 litter boxes. What the hell. Do they have like 10 cats or something?
