I don't like it.
Okay, I guess I'll give reasons why.
Number One Reason: No dungeon exploring, or town exploring. You basically move in a straight path, and every area looks exactly the same as the last. Oh, yeah, you can also "look." Which is quite possibly the most retarded thing ever concieved for a game. Basically, instead of having to walk around and look for the secerts yourself. It does it for you. Sometimes stuff is trapped, and you have to enter button combinations. But, really, that's the only thing that switches things up. Oh, yeah, and practically everytime you move to the next screen, you encounter another long and boring event.
Number Two Reason: The battle system is pretty much a bore, I really -- really like the item system, however. It really intacts a lot of strategy; it's just the rest is pure ****. The most annoying part of it, is that every time an enemy uses one of their special attacks, you have to sit through this boring screen thing. It sits at this boring screen (which has no animation, what so ever) for what feels like hours. It's really an excuse to not show a really cool animation. It wouldn't be such a big deal, if I didn't have to sit through it every damn time one was done.
Number Three Reason: Overall, the story thus far is largely uninteresting and every character design really lacks any originality. Oh, yeah and one of the demon designs made me feel like I was looking at kiddie porn.
Number Four Reason: It's more boring then watching Jester play marco polo by himself.
