Thanks for the warm welcome! Its nice to know there are people who can help me make my game, and thanks for the heads up about who to stay away from. I don't need drama, just some help.

Thank you! I'll do my best to ask and find all the info I can get. I need it. I have a brilliant idea for a game, all the essentials are there, just having a hard time bringing it to life. I plan on posting it for everyone to sample when its done and hopefully enter it into a contest, if it exists.

Ok, I've completed the initial story teller mode, now I'm trying to start the events. I got my main character and i'm trying to start him at the entrance of the town. He keeps popping up at a different spot even though i set his placement at the entrance in the debug menu when i test play.

Hello and Welcome!

Nice to see this place still growing.

I haven't touched RPGM3 in years (I prefer 2 ) but I think that should be set someplace other than the debug menu. Don't recall where though. If you have not done so already, post the question over in the RPGM3 Forum where the Experts are more likely to see it

If you have a game idea you're working on or hashing things out and would like some feedback, you can make a topic in the RPG Maker General forum. More people are apt to look in there to discuss RPGM ideas than in the New Member lobby.


For specific questions, poke around the RPGM3 Workshop forum, and I'm sure you'll find some answers. If not, make a thread there, and one (or more) of us can help you.
